Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking condition:

Kindly send scanned copy of your passport (1st page only) by e-mail OR fax. (prefer e-mail) along with 25% (non refundable) advance deposit (of total cost) minimum 60 days in advance. (contact us for payment options – Credit Card, Swift Transfer, Bank draft etc.)

Payment Options:

1. Cash or Cheque (cash or Cheque may be deposited in any branch ICICI Bank /Syndicate Bank / Axis Bank within India. Contact us for our Account no.)
2. Bank Draft (may send to our Delhi Office – contact us for address)
3. Credit Card (all major credit cards acceptable)
4. Online Payment (online payment is accepted by credit card – contact us to know, how to proceed for online payment)

Cancellation Policy:

30 days before departure date, INR 10,000 will be charged as cancellation.
15 days before departure date, INR 25,000 will be charged as cancellation.
07 days before departure date, No refund allowed.
