Extra cost incurred, in the event of delays due to any reason, for accommodation, meals and hiring of extra transporation.

Use of Satellite phone for personal use
Pony & pony man for person use (for 3 days Kailash Parikrama only) (approx INR 7000 and our tibet guide will assist and arrange pony but you will be paying directly to pony man)

Tipping and any other expenses of personal nature and which is not mentioned above.

Important:

You are requested to book this tour earliest or minimum 60 days in advance which will help us to make necessary arrangement on time.
Booking of this tour/yatra will be strictly on first come first serve basis.
Helicopter operation is subject to weather conditions only. No refund possible in such situation.
You may have to stay Nepal/Tibet, more than the scheduled itinerary, due to bad weather or any other unavoidable situations. In such case, the cost of extra stay will be borne by you.

Cancellation Policy:

Booking amount is non refundable.
30 days before departure date – 25%.
15 days before departure date – 50%.
Less than 15 days, No refund allowed.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Strongly advised to keep 1-2 days extra for return flight.
Due to nature of travel, chances of change in schedule is high. The tour operator or its partner shall not be liable for any such delays.
Kailash Heli Yatra company has the right to change the itinerary in the event of adverse weather condition or any unforeseen reason.
The group should follow the itinerary strictly. The entire group should enter and exit together as per schedule.

Day 01 ARRIVE KATHMANDU
Arr: Kathamndu By Air
Welcome / assistance at the Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free for shopping. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02 KATHMANDU – Sightseeing tour / Fly to NEPALGANJ
Morning half day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. Visit: Pashupatinath Temple and Budhaneelkanth Temple. Afternoon free time for last minute shopping and preparation for Kailash yatra. Our executives will assist you for shopping necessary items from Thamel trekking market. Afternoon transfer to airport to connect flight for Nepalganj.
Dep: Kathmandu By Air
Arr: Nepalganj
Assistance at the airport and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03 NEPALGANJ – SIMIKOT (2950 mtrs) – HILSA – TAKLAKOT (3700m)
Morning fly to Simikot. First high altitude experience at Simikot. Simikot to Hilsa by Helicopter. Cross the bridge to Sher border where Jeeps are waiting for the group and transfer to Taklakot (3700m). Overnight at County Peacock/Kailash Hotel.

Day 04 TAKLAKOT
Stay at Taklakot for acclimatization (3700m). Enjoy short trekking, which helps to acclimatize fast.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 05 TAKLAKOT – MANSAROVAR (4560m)
Morning drive to Lake Mansarovar. Afternoon perform Puja and Holy Bath. If time, visit the hot spring. Overnight at Chui Gompa Guest House.

Day 06 TREK TO DIRAPUK
Morning drive to Sershong – starting point of Kailash Parikrama. Trek to Dirapuk (4860m).
Overnight stay at Hotel Dirapuk.

Day 07 TREK TO ZUTHULPUK (4760m)
Overnight at new accommodation facility at Zuthulpuk.

Day 08 END KAILASH PARIKRAMA
Drive to Taklakot. Overnight stay at County Peacock/Kailash Hotel.

Day 09 TAKLAKOT – SHER – HILSA – SIMIKOT – NEPALGANJ - KATHMNADU
Morning drive to Sher, cross the bridge to Hilsa, airlift by Helicopter upto Simikot, than fixwing flight to Nepalganj/Kathmandu. Overnight stay at Hotel Vaishali/Shankar.

Day 10 DEPART KATHMANDU
Transfer to airport to connect flight for onward destination.
